Private Holding Company

We acquire dormant and unused business names.

Many registrations are created and never used — they never open, never generate revenue, never build operations. We acquire qualifying business interests directly from their original owners.

What Happens
After We Buy It

We want you to know exactly what you are selling, before you sign anything.

Questions first? Email legal@sovereignassetholdings.com before you submit.

If we purchase your business registration, it is added to our portfolio and held under our parent holding company. How we manage the businesses in our portfolio after that point is our own commercial activity, and it does not involve you.

Once the transfer is complete you have no ownership of, no control over and no responsibility for anything that company does. Our purchase agreement states this in writing, and you will receive it before you sign.

We will not use your personal identity in connection with the business after the sale, beyond your name’s existing place in the historical public filing record.

If you are not comfortable with this, please do not submit your business.
