Set out what the submitter warrants — in particular that they are the legal owner or authorised controlling party, and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Confirm that acquisition decisions are made at sole discretion, that criteria may change, and that no reason need be given for declining a submission.

Cover ownership of site content, branding and the logo lock-up.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Include the warranty disclaimers and liability caps appropriate to the jurisdiction of incorporation.

8. Governing law

Specify governing law and the forum for disputes.
